It was one helluva night at YS's surprise birthday party!
the function room was, in the end, the best location for the party! :D
the gang met at 6.30pm to deco the place
and be briefed on the schedule. lol.

think the guys are so influenced by their army days.

while we were all hard at work,
kc decided to play around and sneak some sleep,
so shanming decided to teach him a lesson.

the class came up with the theme for a uniform party.
but SOME pple obviously did not get the memo...

it's dusgustingly tight!!!

when the deco was done,
it was time for cam-whoring,
or cam-"waring" as jk would say. :P
Mr. Ron Ong decided it was funny to scare the hell outta me by letting air outta the ballon and onto my face while we were busy posing.

we then went down by the pool to wait for ys's arrival.
was funny cuz he refused to let go of his sis's hand cuz he's been blindfolded,
and kept insisting that someone's gonna throw him into the pool.
hahaha.
we started throwing water bombs at him and according to ys,
he said he knew immediately it's jk's idea.
must be the cheap plastic bag trick.
hahahahaha.
jk then kindly brought chs pe uniform for ys to change into.

LOL.then it was birthday song time!
and the start of 21 trials and tribulations.
lol.
i think feeding ys the carlsberg really made him high.
hahaha.

and after that,

the party was great and it was fitting for the person who made so much efforts to keep the class together as mentioned by cheese.

overall, it was fun meeting the gang again.

told us about her pigging out session in China and how she out-bargained the shop owners.

we then went for finance lecture.
the lecturer's really funny.

relatives came over for dinner.
and Jonathan was so bored cuz he came over too early.
sat in my room and we started taking photos.
haha.




Drove mum to the airport at 10pm.
and attempted to drive to hzy's place
with a sticky note stuck on my steering wheel,
street directory on my side,
and constant prayers to God.
LOL.
seriously,
i think the east side is too huge.
every road looks the same!
missed a turn and ended up at Changi General Hospital.
hahaha.
i had to stop at every few bus stops to flip the directory just to make sure i was going the right way!
finally found my way there with help from ron.
haha.

was suppose to be playing mj
BUT... nobody was very keen on that.
ended up playing with sunny (hzy's golden retriever)
while the rest of the class were torturing ah meow (hzy's cat).
LOL.
think if sunny had stood up, he might just be taller than me!
and for the first time i met hzy's entire family.
having been there several times when they've all gone to bed.
haha.
saw hzy's bro and immediate reaction was
"what happened to you?!"
ROFL
talked alot at the swing in his garden
and oooh do i smell a juicy secret!
hahahaha.

just realized we're all not getting any younger.
within the next 10 years of our lives,
we'll be graduating,
starting our careers,
getting married,
buying our first house,
having a baby!
that's a lot of things to squeeze into just 10 years!
the thought of it scares me.
haha.

and many people from the class are flying overseas soon.
candy is already in London.
ruo's leaving for Denmark in 3 wks.
hzy's leaving in Feb to Australia.
me and mw will be heading to the States in May.
Ka's going to Germany(?)
Ter's going to Sweden in Aug.
and the guys will be starting their uni lives in Aug.
it's gonna get harder to meet up as time pass.
especially with more and more people getting attached. ;)

haven't had such a great time hanging out with the class.
can't wait for more outings!!!

had a looong nite.
slept at 5am
and zach came over at 12.30pm.
surprised me with his half-day off again.
think he's getting the hang of working only 4hrs a day.
LOL.
went to visit his dad at mt. e again.
he's looking better by the day.
Thank God.
went out to heeren's and cineleisure to do some window shopping
(since they're so near)
and headed back to the hospital again.
think it's the longest time i've visited his dad.

and i heard the indo-chinese uncle beside him discharged and left for china for a liver transplant
cuz they couldn't get one in sg.
and the docs said if he doesn't get a new liver, he's not gonna live. ):
but china???
oh well...
to each his own.

den went to mac's for dinner.
they brought back the twister fries! <3
and it was finally home sweet home.
and the good news?
i got all my modules!
now i hope the tutorial balloting is just as successful. :))

went to visit zach's father at mount elizabeth yesterday.
he looks so much better now.
and he had a really good appetite!
ate the western food from the hospital
which the family claims "is even better than the restaurants".
LOL
then he ate alot of the diabetic biscuits which i bought for him.
and complimented that it tastes really nice.
hehe. :))
and the funny thing was
there was this indo-chinese old man at the bed beside him who has problem controlling his bowels.
his wife was frantically calling for the nurse when he wanted to shit.
damn chaotic!
cuz i heard he pee-ed on the floor the day before and it came all the way to zach's father's bed.
eEeeWwwwWw.
and when he was shitting, i nearly fainted.
the whole room can actually smell his crap.
gd thing i already had dinner before i went.
oh! and we went to pasta cafe for lunch/dinner.

zach tried this new pasta. some mushroom cream thingy.
and it's heavenly.
the cream sauce tastes different from the usual kind which makes u wanna puke after eating too much.
but this sauce is light yet tasty!!! unbelieveable!


headed home around 9+.
and met JX for drinks at grapevine.
nice place. nice atmosphere. :)
at least it's not rowdy and crowded.
and it's a slow 20 min stroll from my place.

he sounded really pissed that i'm out at such a late hour.

decided to wake up early today to surprise him for lunch.
but i was so tired i got up late!
rushed down in a cab n he told me he's alr on his way home.
so i told the cab driver to drop me at his place instead.
good thing i reached there before he did.
hehe.
so... surprise! :P

saw a book lying on his shelf and picked it up to read.
i think it's a really interesting book from the 70 pages that i've read so far.
it's Rich Dad Poor Dad.

and so all i had for dinner was a cup of warm barley.
and this is not the first time he took the wrong order.
maybe it's time i start ordering food on my own.

which i totally hate.
